Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late may mean I have to shorten your service or reschedule it entirely. To cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% late fee of the reserved service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount.
